Stop What You’re Doing and go get the Omega-3 Oil That Tastes Like Actual Candy

What if I told you there was a tasty way to get your Omega-3s? And I’m not talking slightly flavored fish oil, or a pill that claims to have no icky after taste (read: burps. ew). I’m talking about something that genuinely tastes like freaking candy. It’s delicious, and you would never know it has fish oil unless you read the label.

This great-tasting fish oil hits me right in the childhood, as I think back on the days of my mother, forcing me to consume large spoonfuls of the foul-smelling oil each morning. What I would have done to trade it for the delicious new Omega-3 oil that tastes like candy? Heck, it tastes so good, she could have just straight up told us me it was candy and I would have guzzled it down and begged for more.

This miracle product is called Seriously Delicious™ Omega-3 High Potency Fish Oil Citrus Sorbet, and it’s made by Barleans. It’s a citrus-sorbet flavored liquid (and yes, that is an accurate description, it tastes just like melted sorbet!) that is full of ultra-high potency 1,500mg of EPA/DHA per serving. That’s a lot of Omega-3 ya’ll. Since it’s a liquid is also has 3X the absorption of soft gels or regular fish oil. It has absolutely NO taste of fish and none of the disgusting fishy-tasting burps that other flavored Omega-3s are so famous for. Even the soft gels that claim to be fish-flavor free usually come with a nasty fish-burp about 20 minutes after swallowing them. Gross.

Barleans Omega-3 are also Sugar-Free (halleluiah!!), Gluten-free, Non-GMO and are free of artificial flavors and colors too. It’s also made with highly purified fish oil that is free of heavy metals, including mercury. I don’t even need to stress the importance of that! You get 160z for $34.63. I bought mine at a Lassens near me, but you can also buy it online.

If you’ve been hesitant to get on the Omega-3 train for fear of the fishy taste, first, I don’t blame you. I didn’t take fish oil for YEARS literally until I found this product because of the gross taste they all had. Second, you’ve got to try it. I’m as picky as it gets and trust me when I say, you could have fooled me, if it was given to me and the label was ripped off, I would have thought it was candy. So for the love of all things tasty and good for you, give Barleans’s Citrus Sorbet Omega-3 a try!
